The Community
The school continues to maintain strong links with the local community. We take part in regular events and activities in the town and surrounding area including the Christmas Lights, carol singing and other local links. Several times a term volunteers from local churches come into school for Open the Book Assemblies.
We have several non-uniform days each year, which have helped to raise money for the school and other local and national charities. The older children run a Party in the Playground event each year to raise funds for local and national appeals.
